What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee.

Hello. I am making original master recordings of copyrighted music. I have made all proper royalty payments in order to sell my original recordings in both digital download format and via physical cd. My question is, do I need to make an additional royalty payment for a 30 second (or less) preview of the song? I am planning on selling the online copies on my personal website and on www.bandcamp.com. Thank you in advance!

A license is required for 30-second-or-less clips. If your current license agreements do not include 30-second song previews in the terms of use, you may need to renegotiate your agreement, or contact the sound recording copyright owner for an additional license.

I licensed the songs through the Harry Fox agency. Do you know if this includes a 30 second preview? Thanks for your advice.
