WHAT DOES THE TERM AMEND MEAN
DOES IT MEAN TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON YOUR PAPERWORK
AND DO YOU HAVE TO REFILE
IF YOU WANTED TO ADD ANOTHER CREDITOR FOR INSTANCE OR CHANGE ASSETS ETC THANKYOU FOR ANY INPUT

Yes, to amend is to change. You shouldn't have to refile to amend. I just had to file another matrix and then amed the schedule that went along with that matrix (schedule f)

whole life ins

borrowed all my money on my whole life ins abont a year ago
medical bills living expenses untill my ssd kicked in
asked lawyer about it said i have no equity in policy
is she right did not include in assets
thankyou for your help
i did have the ins co send me a sheet showing cash value net cash value etc i have 1400 dollars avail

It's not an asset, if there's no money there. Not sure if it should have been listed though somewhere. Its good that you have proof since my trustee (I file dpro se) asked for proof of that (not worth anything) before the meeting.
