I dont know if she has any she as lost her mother and father, if i loose my mother then I will have lost all of my family I have not seen my dad for 12 years my grand mother and grandfather have passed and all of my moms family that are still alive have turned there backs on us. so yes If it can happen to me it can happen to her and no need to bring it up again to let her know that there is no one left that give's a sh!^.

Provide her with the above posted link to the US State Department ... they can help her out. If she fails to take advantage of the service, then she's pulling a fast one.

How about the fact that my parents hadn't even MET yet?

Dad was in France and mom was in high school.

I ain't THAT old!

EDIT: Oh! And dad was with the US Army - not the one with the dismal track record since 1812 ... his disdain for the French knew no bounds.
