What is the name of your state? CO

My employee and I were served 2 citations from his ex wife. The top page, I guess "the citation to show cause" which outlines the dates and times for advisement/hearing both state her name vs. his name AND my business name. The dates and times are the same for both citations.
The next page outlines the motions of contempt....on both of them it is her name vs. his name only. One contempt motion regards his failure to do things in relation to their divorce. The next one regards my business's supposed failure to withhold earnings properly and so forth. She is asking that my business be held in contempt of court.
It looks to me that she is taking him to court for things that my business may or may not have done.
I am the only owner of this business and he is my employee.
How do I make heads or tails of this??
Am I on trial here?

Thanks for any input.
