What is the name of your state? Az

In the mediators report he stated "It is also concluded that due to the highly contentious relationship that exists between the parents, monitoring of compliance with the court orders will be necessary in this case."

I have ABSOLUTLY NO problem with this and prefer it. How would I go about requesting it? I am in court on Friday for contempt issues against mom for the last summer break [she didn't send the kids AGAIN], can I request this then or do I have to file a motion for it?

I don't think this is something you can "motion" for or request. I can't see how a court could monitor the case (unless the court's load is that light LOL), unless the mediator means that even ONE infraction and both of you are back in court. You should ask your attorney about making a verbal motion during the hearing.

you may also want to check into Parenting Coordinators- see f they are used/available in your area- that would probably be the most effective way to monitor the situation

Motion during the hearing to have drop-off and pick-up points at either the sheriff's office or some other public place which can document the exchange.

That would be hard to do, I live 1500 miles away. Also, can they not monitor it like they do child support cases? Where there is a review hearing every 3 or 4 months?
