Another question concerning custody

Michigan, I already posted the situation I am in with my husband and trying to obtain sole custody of our daughter. We had the referree hearing and have decided to give his attorney a visitation schedule I can live with until the hearing. My question is, with everything that he has done and said concerning incest and child porn and his attempting suicide, He did go to counseling for all of this. His counselor said he wanted him to see a Phycologist (sp)? Dr which he did and he was perscribed medications. He tried to overdose on the medication and he did not go back to him. But he did go to another counselor for his problems. I am waiting for a call back from my attorney to find out if we can get his records. All I want is for the judge to see that he is not a stable person. And I do not know how to get that done before I have to give her to him for a overnight visit. Also , My counselor has said that it is a pretty for sure thing that he was molested when he was a child. And we need to find out by whom. What if it was someone in his family and now my daughter will be there and they could do the same thing to her. Can I have him reevaluated before the hearing? Will the judge just make me give her to him without knowing his background? If this problem was not here...I would have no problem giving him visitation. As I do feel a child needs to know their father. But she also needs to be protected. Thanks again for any information.

I doubt you will be able to get his private medical records. Other then that, no one can tell you what a judge will decide.
