I forgot to ask another question regarding the situation of the public intox and disorderly conduct mentioned in my previous post. We were returning back to campus at UCA, and once we had all got out of the cars and were about to head back to the dorms, we were surrounded by 3 different cop cars. There were about eight of us in the group. The cops said the reason they were coming to question us was because there had been thefts on campus and we looked suspicous. Is this cause enough to have three cop cars surround and question us?
