Ohio: Yes, the estate has an attorney who has been taking care of things--he was hired by the out-of-state executrix who I can call another name but I won't--He's the pea-brain who wrote up the will and trust for the deceased--which my son's attorney said is quite ambiguous--another words--it was a real botch job--I guess our concern is we are pretty sure the bimbo didn't contribute jack-s--t to the new carpeting, renovated bath, etc. since prior to all the (a) the deceased refinanced the house to the max and we are assuming the majority of THOSE funds went in to the refurbishing and (b) some of this was done before BIMBO entered the picture (c) there was no loan to the deceased from BIMBO to do any decorating to the home--if she did do anything she did it on her own accord---the way I look at it she lived there rent free for 3yrs--if anybody owes anybody anything she owes the estate $$$$---as I said earlier-prior to hooking up with the deceased she didn't have a pot to Pe- in or a window to through it out of--sorry for the remarks but I really do need to vent--So--from what I gather I guess you're saying that the trust could possibly be hit for $$$ if she wins her suit=correct? Also, she is a bene of the trust--50% to deceased's son, 25% to deceased's mother and 25% to the bimbo on a yearly basis--She just isn't a bene on the life ins. policies thankGod---Of course if she gets married in the future she looses her 25% yearly trust stipen---anyway--thanks for your response and all your other help -- appreciate it very much
