I hope this is not a repeat.
I marreid a women from Foreign country, it was arrange marriage. I only met here twice before marriage. I am from the same country sheis from. I married her in a weekend outside USA. She never declare she is married when she enter the USA. After 3 month of marriage she called the police claiming I want to beat her and etc. I was chargerd with 4 felonies and case is dismissed.

How can I protect my finantial future in USA if she ever come back.

I am not willing to divorce here now.

Is there any legal action I can do so she if she ever come back she will have no rights to get anything.

You can't have the cake and eat it to.
If you want to protect your finances, and since you apparently don't want to spend your life with this woman, divorce her!!!

She does't live her.
