If someone had video of a "LAW OFFICIAL" with side arm in plan vew of all to see in a Public Restraint And consume at least "three" one Pint BEERS in less then one hour what should that person do with said Broadcast Quality Video.. (This person did drive to and from that Restraint)Or Is this Legal Just For the Members Only Club..¿

of a lifetime in there hands ..and no help for them to do the rite thing with it or should i say like to do with it
