K here's the headache... 10.8 yr marriage, no kids, no property (real estate) ...
spouse split took it all but the bills. without a word or warning... and after 2 phone calls the next day to locate her, i get slapped with a Restraining Order filled with the most mindboggling psychobabble imaginable... every (almost) fact listed especially the financial affadavit listing assets and income earned (by her) was so erroneously false I almost laughed at its ridiculousness... now my first question.. i can physically disprove (with documents written by her, and other misc written originals)practically every point in the statement excepting the hearsay and slanderous remarks. The financial is even easier to prove.. i have the bank and earning statements.... now before i ask about the divorce tactics, would/could she be charged with purgery... and if so, would that affect the integrity of the statement and any afterwards as a whole?
secondly... she cheats constantly, (have written/video/cyber proof) she's been doing a HUGE amount of methamphetamine which has seriously put a Jekyl/Hyde spin on her mentality (btw, i have a letter from her talking about how cranked out she is and that she cant concentrate!) she's bouncing checks all over town and sadly like that old chap from an earlier post... i got infected with VD as well... not fatal, thankfully... but with me for life regardless....
can any of this be considered factors when awarding support? she's been out of rehab and thinks i'm to blame and wont see a dime from her... she's a (ready??) medical professional!! yeah.. scary as hell... but she kept her licsense so... can she pay?
