Okay my boyfriend was on call in probation for a similar crime, thursday he was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, burglary, and robbery. All are felonies and he is pleading not guilty and says he didnt do it. if he is sentenced for this then about how long do you think he will spend in jail???

What state?

What specific statutes is he charged with?

And if on probation he also faces re-sentencing on the offense9s) for which he is on probation.

The bottom line is he could be gone for many years if convicted. Even if not convicted, he is likely to be gone for at least a year ... or at least several months. You really can't do better than this guy?

Apparently his judgment is WAAAY off ...

Specific statutes would be the code sections under which he has been charged. His attorney can give him a good idea of what is likely to transpire if he is convicted.

And your love for him is not going to suddenly make him intelligent or a provider (from legal employment not welfare or theft), nor will it suddenly make him follow the law.
