I live in a Apartment and have lived here for 9 years. I was wondering am I entitled to have my apartment painted by my landlord every couple of years? I have had friends tell me that they should paint my apartment every 2 or 3 years but they never have. Or is it something that I am responsibe for?What is the name of your state?
