I live in a apartment building on the bottom floor. The people who live above me r driving me crazy. Ever since they moved in they have been loud and obnoxious . They have a 2 yr.old that runs and jumps around all times of the day and nite. At midnight they have their video game up as loud as can be. Its so loud you can telll they r playing mario bros. and what level they r on. they fight and cuss and there are times the girlfriend will yell out the window when her boyfriend takes off either cussing or saying foul stuff. My 13 yr old and 16 yr.old hear them having sex cause their bedroom is right under theirs.You can hear them yelling at one another when they have fights and alot of times it sounds like they r dropping a 50lb. weight on the floor.I have tried calling the cops but they come out and say its a problem for the apartment complex and then the people upstairs retaliate and call the cops on us over made up stuff to get even. The management here told me their is nothing they can do. They had us sit down with them and try to talk it oubut nothing got settled and they r just as noisy now as before actually worse now.They have a video camera sitting on the ledge of their apt. window facing the back door of our parking lot. Management says they r allowed to have to use watching their car but half the time it is pointed at the back door. I dont like the idea of them having recordings of me. What can I do ?
