In Indiana, you have 30 days to file a notice of appeal from a final judgment.

Generally, in order to win on appeal, you have to show that the court erred in its decision by committing some procedural violation or ignoring credible evidence presented, that your attorney provided ineffective assistance of counsel (did a really lousy job that prejudiced your case) or that new evidence has been discovered that couldn't have been discovered at the time of the trial.

Best of luck to you!
