Hello,
I am an indian passport holder and have been admitted back into the states for 3 months on a tourist visa. I am living with my girlfriend and would like to stay for another at least 3 months. How do I apply for an extension of stay, where do I obtain the forms?

I was intending to inform INS that I am making a US tour and have been held up and need more time. I am sure if I tell them I merely want to spend time with my girlfriend before I go home they will not grant me an extension.(i have a 10 yr, multiple entry visa).

Thank you.
