Hello:
Back in 2001 I received an application to open a credit card with providian. The application ask for a $50.00 deposit which I sent, dum me! .The Card was already approved they said on the form.
I never got the Card nor my money back, I called them incisively, got thru all the costumer service departments of this company. They can not even find me in their records. But they were prompt to cash my check back then.
Could anybody give me advice on what to do about this? Thank you very much
