I live in NY... and i was arrested in PA last summer for minor possesion of marijuana (less than 1 OZ or w/e it is) and pariphinalia... at my first court date, i got the pariphinalia charge dropped.. and the possesion charge will be dropped pending i pass the ARD probation
my question is.. has anyone gone through the ARD program.. and what is it like? do they drug test you? and also.. i have the date that i am meeting with my probation officer... will they drug test me right on the spot?
