What is the name of your state?California
I just found my daughters absent father, he got remarried (2nd one now) and she has 2 kids. He told DA in CA that he lives here, but he has been a resident of Arizona for the last 3,4 months. Are child support laws the same as ours? His new wife has a great job, and knowing him, he wont work, I informed the DA here with all the new info, address, phone # (many long nights on this computer, but I found it!) now what happens? They said in CA they can't suspend his license until $500 is owed....is it the same in Arizona?
Will it be harder now to inforce this CS order now that he is out of State? I also read somewhere that even if he doesn't pay me, he can get "credit " for raising her 2 kids?????Is this for real?

The only way he could get credit for her kids is if he adopts them.
