What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO

My court order states that both I and the x pay 50/50 for any medical bills for our daughter. I have about a years worth of medical bills that need to be put into a judgement due to fact the x won't pay willingly. Does anyone know what forms I need to file at the courthouse to ask for the judgement? Or better yet know of the steps I need to take to initiate this? I have previously done this and was awarded the judgement but that was through my attorney. I want to go to the courthouse without the expense of the attorney if possible. Thanks

If you already have a Court Order in place stipulating that you are owed half of all medical bills, then file contempt.

Arrears/judgement

I want to avoid any attorneys fees. I just basically want to go into the courts and ask the judge to honor the court order. What good would it do me to through the x into jail. Then I get nothing. We didn't file contempt before. We just provided a monthly list of all medical bills and were awarded the judgement on that. I currently have a garnishment active through CSE. I just need to get the rest of the medical bills into a judgement and allow CSE to continue the garnishment. My daughter is 18 now and does not live with me. CSE wants me to close the case and just continue to get the arrears. They said they will not collect any new garnishment if I close the case immediately. So I am looking for the fastest way to get this into action with no attorney. Pro Sae?

Do you still have the copies of what your attorney filed last time?

If not, either request your file from your attorney or go down to the courthouse and get copies.

File the exact same things that were filed last time.

Don't expect reimbursment for anything after the child turned 18.

Yes, I do have the copies of the documents we filed last time. The court order states she is to remain with me until she graduates from High School. So I think that saves me from the turning 18. It doesn't specify any age. I have been looking for the legal forms online but haven't found the one I need. Colorado law states shes a minor til 19. But at 18 she is legally responsible for anything she does. I am not sure how her moving out on her own to live in the streets will affect this also quitting school.
