What is the name of your state, Florida.
My son had gotten a ticket for driving while license suspended from unpaid tint tickets and missed court.
he went to two court dates and the judge gave him an extension to pay tickets and he did pay them but missed the court date to show he did pay them.
If he goes to the DMV to get his license reinstated will he be arrested?
He does have a warrant for a no show to court.
I want him to get the license and then take them to court and pay fines that he needs to pay. can he do this w/o being arrested do you think?
Thanks for you time:)

If he goes to the DMV he will be told his license is still suspended. He won't get the suspension lifted till he complies with all the requirements set forth by the court.

Yes, he needs to straighten out his court problems first, or the DMV will do nothing about getting him his license back.
