undefinedWhat is the name of your state? utah I WAS ARRESTED ON 5/7/05 WHILE I WAS IN A GAS STATION FOR A FELONY ARREST WARRENT FALURE TO APPEAR, I WAS TOLD BY MY LAWYER THAT THE WARRENT WAS RECALLED, DURING THE ARREST THE DISPATCH TOLD THE COP THAT THE WARRENT WAN NOT VALID, BUT HE CONTINUED DURING THE SEARCH HE REMOVED MY INDIAN MEDICINE POUCH THAT WAS AROUND MY NECK I TOLD HIM PLEASE DONT TOUCH THAT IT IS SACRIED AND BLESSED AND AGAINST MY RELIGION, HE SAID THAT DONT APPLY TO HIM WELL HE FOUND A BAGGIE WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF METH IN IT AND CHARGED ME WITH POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE A 3rd DEGREE WHEN WE GOT TO THE JAIL THEY SAID THE WARRENT WAS NOT VALID I SAID HE NEEDED TO RELEASE ME AND THE SEARCH WAS UNLAWFUL BUT HE HELD ME ANYWAYS I SPENT 11 DAYS BEFORE SEEING A JUDGE AND STILL FACING THESE CHARGES MY DL HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THIS WHAT CAN I DO :confused:

You should be thankful that the authorities will be providing you with a nice stretch of time so you can continue studying your faith.
