I bought car on craigslist and next day it go broke:eek:. I have on me title with seller singed name.

There was no bill of sale

Add did say sold as is

No public notary

I fix with me but inside engine I find scratch bor. This need a engine.

Do I have a legal right?

As is means...as is.

This is usually a good indication that there is something wrong with the car. It would have been a good idea for you to get this professional inspected before you purchased it.

Caveat emptor. Few used cars come with warranties. You didn't get the vehicle inspected and accepted it as-is.

I'm 27 and wonder where the hell common sense and personal responsibility have gone. They are sorely missed.

As for common sense, someone dating a married man who is not yet divorced should NOT be asking such questions. :rolleyes:
