What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
New York City, New York State

motion to vacate default judgment was granted by the court 3 days ago.
is it too late to ask for costs in vacating said default judgment? i stated my claims orally, presented case law, and attorney for plaintiff decided not to object to the request for default judgment. i alleged allegations of fraud, misrepresentation of facts, faulty summons, faulty complaint, faulty affidavit of service and initiation of action prior to obtaining index number from court in violation of CPLR, etc.
judge grants default judgment be vacated and puts case back on docket but i did not request costs at that hearing.

anything i can do now? or is it too late

i have yet to file my answer to the summons/complaint which im doing in the morning and filing with court.

thanks
