Need some help on tactful strategies on mediation. My X extremely verdictive, manipulating, selfish and down right evil - control freak and our two boys is all she has left to control. Help me please....

Hate to be devil's advocate, but the quest for "strategies on mediation" seems a bit manipulative on your part.

Mediation is just that- an attempt to have a nuetral 3rd party help both parents come to an agreement re; child-sharing. Basically you say what you'd like to have happen and why...and the other parent does the same.

If the X is how you describe her- mediation might not result in any agreement, then you'll have to go before the judge to decide.

What is the situation? Who has custody? How many children, ages etc.?
