Asylee naturalization
Thank you in advance for your reply My name is mike I came to the us 6 years ago,I am a federal employee, 5 years ago I granted asylum and green card after one year, during the last 6 years I never traveled outside the United States, my citizenship interview will be next week the problem is my national passport was lost or misplaced I looked for it more than 3 months but I don't find it again i never use it or travel outside the United States, my question is that will prohibit me from getting the citizenship? Thank you very much

No, it's not going to be a problem. You may have to explain how it is you don't have one, but as long as you indicate all your entries and exits from the US, it's not likely to be an issue.
