There are only a handful of members who have reached "senior status" (1000 posts) by posting nonsense. These nonsense-writers, which include a few prolific spammers, have been banned from participating any more on the forum.

Zigner is a valued senior member of FreeAdvice (and has been for years) because he does NOT post nonsense. He consistently offers accurate information and well-reasoned advice.

Zigner's advice, and the advice offered by all of us, may not always be what a poster wants to hear. It is often exactly what a poster needs to hear, however, to get an unbiased and realistic look at their legal issue.
