California. attorney is claiming we have different strategies and asking to be relieved. I have no strategy which I have stated a million times just want my rights protected (we found my husband hid $10k community assets) and has broken many court orders like turning off my insurance without notification, no documents produced for disclosure and he has control of all assets, but I finally got attorney to respond to my inquiries as to what I do for his request to be released, and found that I am already within the 9 day time frame to oppose his request to be released. What do I do? The date for that is 11/2 then one week later is trial conference setting.....How can I get this simply divided 50/50 so I can move on with my life? If settlement not possible, how can I end the marriage that date and be allowed to sell house so I can move out of state and live in parents investment property until over as I cannot afford the home I am stuck with? What forms do I need to do? Thanks so much any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
