Attourney Fees

I filed a motion to enforce visitation in Oklahoma, I didn't not hire a lawyer to do this I did this all myself. The small town judge denied my motion becasue once I filled the motion my ex started abiding by the visitation schedule. Now she has filled a motion to collect lawyer fees from me. We have been divorced since 95 and have always been responsible for our own lawyers fees. Advice please!!!!!

You simply go into court and state your case to the judge. Explain that she was denying visitation which was why you filed the original motion. Then explain that after the filing, she had a change of heart and started to allow visitation.

No decent judge will grant her request for you to pay her fees.
