What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

My brother died, which makes me the executer or my dad's estate. my dad is in 80's. my brother knew everything about my dad's estate and i know nothing (because I am female and therefore stupid lol) My dad and I have not been in contact recently. My sister said my dad is becoming forgetful, has medical problems but still drives and can move around. I just learned that my aunt from the east coast blew into town having told everyone she has moved in with my dad because he is out of it and she is taking over his care and straightening out his finances,e tc. This aunt did the same thing to some elderly woman in arizona and basically ripped the old lady off and made out like a bandit and the son never knew what ahappened. So she is obviously at it again because she is not one to do anything out of the kindness of her heart. i call my dad and she answers the phone and will not let me speak to him or see him. she will not tell me what is going on or why she is there or what she is doing. i heard that she has ingratiated herself in with the neighbors and says she is there because his daughters do not care about him and he needs help. i am power of attorney. last we spoke he said he was selling huis home to move somewhere asmaller. he also said don't ever put me in a nursing home, which is why i am sure she looks appealing saying she is there to "help". i am happy to care for him ,etc. and can niot believe this woman has moved right in behind my back

this woman is bad news. unless he changed things since she is there i am my dad's executer or his trust. . what can i do with this woman to get rid of her. What is the name of your state?

Outside of forcing the issue with a conservatorship, you are in a contest with your aunt. Your key comment is that you and he have not been in contact recently. How much time are you willing to spend to compete with her?
