can you change your policy from limited right to sue to unlimited no restrictions even thou you were hit from behind, or do you need to wait until this is accident is finished???:confused:

You've asked this question already. The answer won't change. Yes, you can change your policy. It will not be retroactive to the date of the accident. Why would anyone pay the extra premium for unlimited right to sue, if all they had to do was change the policy AFTER THE FACT, if it would be retro active? You wanted to save money on your insurance. You did save money on your insurance. Now, you cannot change your mind GOING BACKWARDS IN TIME. Any more questions?
