Defective Auto Repair
My son has a 1999 automobile. He had the dealer install fog lights. The car was parked in the garage and the wiring caught fire. He took it back to the dealer to repair and got the car back yesterday. His fiance took his car to work today. On the way to work, she used the cruise control. As she was getting on the off ramp, she could not stop the car as the accelerator was stuck (applying the brake did not work). She had to go through the stop sign. She almost got into an accident three times on the way to work and was histerical when she reached work. The only way she could stop the car was to turn it off. The accelerator never did release. Can my son pursue this matter? This occurred in the state of Ohio.
