I have an order for child support in Kentucky (which is where the father still lives) and it hasn't been enforced in 4 years. My daughter turns 18 in a few days. She's incurred many medical bills over the past 4 years has gotten no help from her father. Is it too late to file for back child support? (My daughter and I live in Florida).

No, its not too late. However you need to get on top of it quickly. You may not have to file for arrearages. If he was supposed to pay through the child support agency the arrearages are already recorded. In that case what you would need to do is push for enforcement.

LdiJ, I agree with everything you say except the OP needs to check with CSE because in my state THEY actually stop trying to get it when the child is 18 even though the SOL in my state is the age of 28. OP... check with CSE for those answers and even if they don't pursue it then they should still have the records that they can revert to you.
