My ex-husband has not paid child support for 10 years. We have been divorced since 1984 and he was suppose to pay $175 per month. I took him back to court in 1989 for back support and he was suppose to pay double payments to make up for 5 years to catch up. He did so for approximately 6 months. I have not received anything from him since 1990. Every time I attempt to do something he quits his job or moves. Now he is here and has a good job and has refused to support our son. I am not asking this for myself, I am asking for my son so he can start a new life and go to college, which by the way he was suppose to cover 1/2 of. I am at a loss. Can I take him back to court now after almost 10 years?
