My father stopped paying court ordered Child Supprt in 1972 for all his children. Ages were 7,12 &14. Is there anyway that he can be made to pay up even though they are grown adults? His sister had custody and was too sick to ever fight for it. She died in 1983.

Given these details, then there is no way for the children to recover that money which was meant for his sister.
