Bad Advice on this site and attacking in nature

I've noticed that there are a few folks that attack questions and dream that they are lawyers and give some very, very bad advice.

On my personal life I've got an ex-husband that refuses to pay child support - he is on welfare in CA which the welfare dept claims that I cannot touch, and quits or gets fires from several different jobs per year. I've been to court only to spend my money on trying to get back pay support only to get nothing but threats from my ex-husband.

Please don't attack me again- calling me stupid, loser, get a life, grow-up and deal with it, keep you legs closed next things. That isn't very nice and maybe those who say that stuff should think about attending law school since they know it all.

To the OP, you got some good advice and went off on the people who posted to you. Hell I am confused as to how you and your husband can sit side by side in a house and use the same ID and he comes and posts stating he wants a divorce from you! Maybe you should work on your marriage instead of hanging around on the net arguing with complete strangers?

I do have to comment here.... (why??)
You admit that the ex is a low-life, on welfare and can't keep a job.
Why are you not surprised that you can't force him to pay child support??
And why are you spending your time and money trying to get money from him??
Forget about him for a while and get on with your life, at least until you find out that he is no longer a low-life and has a job.
