What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas
I own my condominium and the other side is rented and the owner uses a realtor to manage the property. I have fourteen pages of documentation of dates, times, the cursing, the drinking, the throwing up on my lawn, the noise, vehicles parked on my driveway, the trash in my driveway, I have turned this document over to the police. The night I called the police, I heard the tenant tell another person what she plans for me. I did tell the police what her plans were. I have contacted the renting realtor several times with my concerns. She has told me that I am the only one complaining, and the tenants pay their rent so there is nothing she can do. Is there anything I can do to remedy this problem?

"The" night you called the police? That indicates you've called only one time.

If the driveway is yours, call the police every time someone trespasses on it.

If the lawn is yours, call the police every time someone trespasses on it.

You can also sue the tenant for trespassing.

You might have some remedy through your condominium documents and/or the management office of the complex. You also might try contacting and speaking directly to the owner of the unit.

Unfortunately, there is no HOA. I have the property owners name, they live out of state and the property manager will not give me their address and will not contact them on my behalf. I don’t know what my next move should be.

it sounds like you should move.

look, your documentation, isn't what the police need. in fact, it's worthless. what you need is police reports. ALL of them. and you need people to agree with you to call for police reports.

There is no condominium management or documents ?----ahhhh, then I am thinking your condominium is more of a "zero lot line" ownership.

You could find the owners out of state address through the local tax assessment information for their unit. Perhaps you might encourage them to speak with their rental agent on your behalf in an effort to resolve the problems.

I hope it helps.

You can find the property owners current address through the property appraiser's office records as well.

Do you have a property survey that shows your property lines?

Fence in your property if you can. This makes it easier to define where "no trespassing" applies.

I have the condominium on the market; I have had the condominium on the market for longer than I want to admit. I have lowered the price below market, and lower then condominiums in the area. I seriously considering Owner Finance, last resort would be renting it. What are your thoughts? Thank you.

When speaking to the owners, you might have a better outome if you approach their renter problem by way stating your concern for them as owners-----That you are unsure whether they are aware of the problem and thinking they would appreciate a concerned neighbor call because were it your unit, you would appreciate the same call. :)

As for selling your unit----as a former Realtor myself, this is what I would tell you-----do your homework and consider any useful and beneficial resources at your disposal.
Interview several Realtors before choosing, and then follow their guidance.

My very best to you.
