bad oil change me against wal-mart

had an oil change at wal-mart they botched the job 3 times then told me to go to a mechanic they would pay for it and i did now they refuse to pay what do i do?

(Hate to think that you went to the mechanic and had your engine rebuilt without some written authorization from Walmart).
