What is the name of your state? Michigan: I have a quick question. If i am charged with a crime, pay bail, and then the case is dismissed due to lack of evidence don't I get my full bail and do I have any court costs??

If you paid the bail entirely yourself, you should be able to retrieve all the bail money back. if you had to post bond through a bailbondsman, then you are likely out the percentage you paid him.

I can't imagine you would be assessed court costs of there was no proceeding.
