What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? arizona, purchased home in june 2003,ballon payment due june 2005, we have been late two times,which is not good.the original owners have contacted us (we met them while the sale was in progress,they liked us,so they helped us out with the balloon arraingment) they did not like the fact they we had been late so many times,threatened us with forclosure,security title is the middle man(where we mail the payments),called us on 7-16-04,they want to come by on 7-17-04 and i guess inspect their property i guess. my question is can they do these things ? i;e, threaten forclosure,and inspect like they are landlords ?,we were late at the maximum one to 1 to 8 days after the past due date .
