My daughter is 3 3/4 years old. She was eating a nationally known brand name yogurt after consuming most of the product she came upon a band aid in the bottom of the cup. A day after the incident my daughter had disentary. She is now fine as far as we can tell, allthough who knows about the possibility of any dicease in the future. Im not looking for a hand out but im looking for a correction to such a large company. Please advise.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

This is what we call products liability -- when a foreign object like a bandaid is not natural to the food (yogurt), there is strict liability. I hope you kept the evidence.

Find a products liability/personal injury attorney ASAP.

Try either http://www.attorneypages.com or call your state bar association and ask for lawyer referral.
