Ok, on the asset declaration form it asks for bank account information. Can I pick which bank accounts I list? They ask for two and I have 3 (one of which I don't want them to have) so I can just list the other two? HOw much info do I have to give them regarding my bank accounts? My income is exempt but that doesn't mean that they will do what is legal. Also, proper service in Utah is in person or by mail with the signed green card. I was not properly served, yet they got a default judgment (I didn't recieve a thing). Their response to my request for set aside was that I should have notified the court of my address AND kept in contact with the court to see if there was anything filed against me when they have done anything in OVER a year! What is my chance of a set aside if the service wasn't proper and they can't prove it was?
