My mother dealt with a Mortgage company for 3 months. It was a 3 month comedy of errors on their part and no communication. She finally tired of them and went to a different company. But the first one now refuses to return the $500 or so in fees she has paid to date. Is this legal?. If not I would appreciate the legal statues so I can write them a letter demanding a refund.
I could go on and on about their stupidty, inoperable fax numbers, lost documents..................
