My banking information has been given to another person not on the account. I feel both the bank and the person that aquired this information are at fault. What is the best way to deal with this? Thanks for any input!

You can file a complaint with the FTC against the bank for violating The Financial Modernization Act of 1999 aka the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Go to www.ftc.com.
