What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I live in Missouri. I want to know if I can file bankrupcy on my credit cards and a couple small medical bills and still keep my home and car. This financial situation is due to a pending divorce. My name is the only one listed on the medical bills and credit cards.

Theoretically that is possible. However it depends on the details of your overall situation. Get a consult with a bankruptcy attorney.
