What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX - I found out that I'm the owner of an incorporated business, husband put my name on forms which I wasn't aware of. Not his business is belly up and have no idea of what's owed, state taxes, etc. He had no employees. Should I bankrupt and will it affect me personnally? I own a home in my name, can crediters put liens on my home? Do I file personal bankruptcy too?
