What is the name of your state? In CT but items from NY

I currently reside in CT but my BK and judgements are from NY so I think they need to be dealt with there.

I had a chapter 7 BK discharged 7/04 and there are 3 judgements that the underlying debt was discharged on my credit report. The discharge paper states that any judgements originating from any discharged debts are now null and void, however, the county clerks office that has the judgements on record stated that they cannot do anything about the judgements unless the receive an order directly from the BK court telling them too. I know that these judgements cannot be collected or enforced due to the BK but I would like to get them "satisfied" or basically showing on my credit that I do not have to pay them because I am working on cleaning up my credit an getting a house in several months. I have been told that I should have them vacated but I cannot get a return call or email from the attorney that handled my BK and I am not really comfortable doing the work myself. What type of attorney do I need to contact and do I need to appear in court or can my attorney go if neccesary since I am out of state now.

Thank you
