What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tn

I have a court order to provide medical support for my son. I have and do provided health insurance on him since birth but there was a clause in the order that states that my x was supposed to get and maintain health insurance on him also and when she does I am to pay for the copays and we split the deductables. In the past she has never given me bills or notified me when she is taking him in for appointments. I only found out to pay them when they would foward them to a collection agency. I need to file for bankruptcy due to an ARM on my house that skyrocketed as a result of my credit rating dropping. How do I do this with this medical situation on my son?
