You probably don't need an attorney. All you need to know is the name of the people who owe you money and to check with the bankruptcy court where they filed. Find out who their trustee is and when their first meeting of creditors is and go. Also ask them to send you a form for proof of claim and send one in for every bankruptcy of every person who owes you money. Keep up with their case and go to the hearings to find out what is happening.
