I have the MA inc. and i sign the store lease on my corp. Now the business is not doing good and i have the 3 years lease left. I didn't give any personal gurantee in the lease. If i filled bankruptcy for corp. and break the lease can landlord come on me personally for rent.

I would not be so fast to assume that you could not be liable. Often small business owners overlook clauses in the leases that can make them liabile, but more commonly, they often sign the documents in an individual capacity not as a coroporate officer. It is also very common that small business owners mix corporate assets with personal assets and destroy the protection of the corporation. If you have done any of these things, they could come after you successfully. Sit down with an attorney to review your lease and how you have run the business.
